Casting Five-Six Scripted Short Case Study Scenarios

Role

Sara (Lead): Female, 25-33
a millennial professional woman. Early diagnosis, in communication with her doctor. Young. The late 20s. Dressed as if she’s getting ready for work or getting ready to go out. Either smart office clothes or smart “night out with friends” clothes. Either way, she’s doing something and is still busy. She’s checking her phone as she talks and prepping a going out bag. Occasionally she takes a second to steady herself as she’s getting ready.

Frank (Lead): Male, 55-75
the late 50s. Dad/granddad. English accent; German native. Grey hair but not bald. Non-athletic/everyday look. No tattoos. Late diagnosis. Now focused on treatment options. What is his future like? What will he miss due to his illness? The late 50s. Looks like you’d see him at a golf course. Jeans and a shirt. Was probably once healthy but that’s slipped over the years. Partly due to the MS, partly because that’s just what happens. His hair is grey but he isn’t bald. He looks physically and emotionally tired.
