An eccentric older woman in her 40s/50s, a cool and quirky looking character. Inquisitive, curious and quizzical nature.
Something eclectic and almost ‘collector-y’ about her. Ideally she is into metal detecting in real life, or antiques, but could fake her hobby in this case.

Sandcastle Sculptors: Lead. Male. 60-75
Two mature men (60’s/70’s) again interesting characters, maybe tattooed, with a real bond but ambiguous, could be brothers, friends, a couple. They are making sculptured sandcastles on the beach doing something wholesome.

The Birdwatcher: Lead. Female. 20-29
An unexpected twist on the traditional birdwatcher, someone young (20’s) and female. Expert looking, truly passionate and wholesome, and professional with a keen eye. They know what they’re doing but are not overly serious or boring about it.
Big personality, they make it look fun.
Would be great if you are interested in birdwatching.

The Paddleboarder: Lead. Female. 30-49
An outdoorsy and athletic woman in her 30s/40s, super fit, healthy, sporty and needs to be able to paddle board. Someone who loves the water and looks at home there.
Would be amazing if they have a dog who also likes to paddle board. If they don’t have a dog they must be comfortable with a dog in close proximity.

Casting for a well known soft drinks brand. Set against a backdrop of modern Britain the cast live in a world that is expressive, upbeat and heightened. There is an A lister actor playing the featured roles.

Talent should be quirky and unexpected rather than weird, always charming and with an accessible sense of style that feels characterful rather then high fashion. An eccentric and diverse mix. They are unique, relatable, idiosyncratic and authentic. The ref pics are to give you an idea of the ‘vibe’ production are looking for but they would like an ethnically diverse mix of suggestions. Importantly each of them has a passion, a thing the love to do in their own time, that reflects their unique taste. They need to be skilled, proficient or at least comfortable doing their passion on camera. All filming takes place on a beach, the cameo moments in this relatable film are dedicated to featuring British tastes.
