Description
Casting “Moondogs,” a feature film. Synopsis: Capturing the raw, chaotic energy of a young band struggling to find fame and themselves in the smoky underground clubs of the 1960s. It’s a story of friendship, ambition, heartbreak, and the reckless hunger for something greater. Expect a gritty, high-energy shoot. It’s a passion project with serious ambitions: intense scenes, laughter, fights, rock ‘n’ roll chaos, and moments of unexpected beauty.

The production is seeking talent who are hungry, fearless, and ready for an adventure. Musicianship (guitar, bass, drums, vocals) is a major plus, but not mandatory. Willingness to dive deep into the lifestyle of young musicians in a foreign land: raw, reckless, full of dreams. Ensemble chemistry is critical, this is about the band. Production states: “Open to professional actors and newcomers alike, energy, authenticity, and spirit are more important than a long CV.”
