Must be engaging, professional and friendly, yet being determined to hit targets on a daily basis. It is important that they have the ability to quickly build rapport with others. It is essential to be a team player and should be supportive and flexible with assisting the wider team to achieve targets. They should have a positive attitude and self-reflect on any challenges that they may face. It is vital to soak in any feedback from the leadership team and take it as a learning. Performing art skills and previous selling experience are beneficial; experience in the toy retail is ideal but not essential.”

Additional: Pays £12.40/hr. plus commission. Annual pay listed is based on a 39 hour (full time) contract. Various permanent part time and full time contracts available.
